1) What happens at the end of my subscription?
We will contact you by letter or email to offer you a renewal. We will not renew your subscription automatically.
2) What happens after I order?
You will be shown an on-screen link to access and download the Excel files. A password will also be sent to you by email, normally within 1-3 hours from ordering during daylight hours (0800-2000). You will then be able to access the subscriber site where you will find statistics, interactive map, details of projects and much more.
3) Will I be able to edit the Excel files?
Yes – the files can be opened in Excel as any normal Excel files. You can then add or delete columns and sort or edit the data in the usual way. You can also use the files for mail-merge in conjunction with Microsoft Word. Data can be imported into all modern software packages and edited as normal within those packages.

5) How up to date is the data?
We are constantly updating the entries and publish the latest data online twice monthly.
6) Does the database cover the whole of the UK?
Yes – the following are included: England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man
7) Is there any restriction on the use of the data?
The data is covered by copyright but may be used by the Purchaser for his own reference purposes as referred to below.
It may not be used as a basis for selling direct mail services to others, nor may copies of the whole or part of it be made for any purpose whatsoever by any form of copying process including data processing systems, without the written consent of the Publishers.
In order to ensure preservation of this copyright, the directory contains a small number of check addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers each of which is linked directly to the individual subscriber.
The information has been provided from our own research and by direct contact with the companies contained herein. The data has not been checked against the email or telephone preference services or the Royal Mail PAF data, and the onus is upon the Purchaser to carry out checks as they may require.

9) Can I try before I buy?
Sample Excel files can be viewed via the link on the home page menu and Wales in the interactive map on the home page shows the format of the .pdf files.
